Antoinette works  integratively, which simply means when working face-to-face with clients, she combines a number of theoretical approaches, namely, Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic, Person Centred, CBT, Inetrcultural and Transactional Analysis.  She also incorporates elements of NLP, coaching and mindfulness.
Understandably, making the decision to have therapy can be a daunting one. The sheer idea of talking candidly, to a stranger can be really scary and may fuel anxieties.  Therefore, before making a commitment an initial assessment is essential. In short, this process is one of expression, exploration and assessment.
At SW11 Counselling Antoinette strives to create a safe and confidential environment which enables clients to feel comfortable to address issues affecting their well-being.
